Voting is by the restaurant patrons.
The aim is to celebrate and
energize the unique food industry
in Gunma—particularly the prefecture’s longstanding
connection with wheat production—through the medium of pasta.

At Restaurant Cafe CARO, we are committed to using locally sourced ingredients where possible. We are proud to make use of produce from beautiful Gunma prefecture, including Joshu Wagyu beef and Joshu grain-fed pork as well as vegetables grown right here in Takasaki. We believe that this is an important aspect of taste, presentation and nutritional value.
